“We loved this property! We fished off the pier and spent many hours on the screen porch. Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms and we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time with our adult kids playing games and fishing. Such a special time and special place!!”

“It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. ”

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“We cook more than we dine out, so the well-equipped, organized kitchen was greatly appreciated.Information provided by host regarding local activities etc is amazing. I've been visiting this area for many many years and found things on this list that I did not know existed!This was our second stay at Cottage with a View, and hopefully it won't be our last.”
