We liked the large spacious room, bathroom and lovely views. Parking was a struggle at times as the nearby car parks are very pricey and you can’t always get parking on the road. It’s needs a bit of a refresh in places. Slight odour in room was off putting on arrival. Breakfast boxes of cereal were ok but not really a substantial breakfast option. The nice coffee bags, tea and juice were appreciated. All in all though a bit on the pricey side for what was offered.

Excellent place to stay in Mumbles. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor with amazing views. The room was also super comfy and spacious.The owners thought of every little detail to make the stay pleasant from breakfast snacks to different kinds of teas and coffee. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Big bedroom and bathroom with sea view and plenty of in-room facilities. The building is key lock access with snack style breakfast waiting, so you will be disappointed if you are after a catered breakfast, but there are loads of cafes and restaurants close by. Very convenient location for Mumbles

A delightful night away. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and in an excellent location. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Fortunately, we found parking easily; we arrived early and were able to park on the street for free.

Superb place, book it now!😁

We decided to have a short trip away over the Xmas break. Patrick’s boathouse was a fantastic choice as it was bang in the middle of Mumbles seafront with some great restaurants and pubs close by. Really enjoyed our stay and next time may even take our dogs.

A lovely stay in a lovely apartment. Particularly loved the indoor beach huts. We only live 7 miles away and treated ourselves to a night away. Will definitely return.

Great overnight stay here. Ideal location just behind the main street. Plenty of dining options nearby & free roadside parking. We loved the apartment. Loads of space, comfy beds. Breakfast provided in the room is a great idea. Loads of food provided, cereals,milk,yoghurt,fresh fruit,orange juice,welsh cakes with butter & jam. We will definitely be back & are already planning our next mini break in this lovely apartment.

Lovely room and well thought out with everything we needed. Breakfast was provided in room facility in room. Location was good for shops, restaurants and beach. Car parking is a bit tricky although we managed to find a space eventually.

Delightful spot tucked back behind the buildings on the street. If you weren't looking for it you'd miss it. The room is very large and opens out to a largr window of light.
