“This hits all the check marks of our requirements for our 17th wedding anniversary. The solar-powered cottage on top of a hill is cute, warm and comfortable. We came prepared with sleeping bags and food to cook at their grill. The toilet/sink in their barn met our needs. “We drove 14 hours and this was just the place we needed to unwind and get a good nights sleep. Pet friendly and quite the charming decor. The extra large bed was quite comfortable and plenty enough to share with my teenager with tons of room. The gorgeous setting and vintage decor made it all a worthwhile experience. Loved the chickens roaming freely and we were wishing we had more time to enjoy this hidden gem. I would stay here again on our next trip through! It’s a little off the highway……

“It was a quiet clean little place to stay. Walking distance to a grocery store and fast food joints. I met Ryan the owner, he was a super nice guy, he was flexible and easy to work with. His place was stocked with all the essentials. I was there for work, but it would be a great home base for a vacation getaway. There's plenty to see in the surrounding towns. If I'm ever in the area for work or pleasure I will definitely contact Ryan and see If he has a place available to stay.”
