“This place over exceeded our expectations in every way, but I must say the host was the most impressive I've ever encountered. The hospitality was unreal and the prompt attention was just something you don't see these days. I can stress enough how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this place is. The fishing was like catching blue gills but 15lb cats. I can't say enough how great!!!!! A must stay”

“We had a short stay while in the area looking to purchase. It was so peaceful sitting on the dock watching herons fish and birds swooping down getting fish. We really enjoyed our time there. The host was excellent! He allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated that after traveling for days in our little RV to get there. ”

Our trip was in January and it was very cold out, so we spent all our time inside, but the sunset views were spectacular, the kitchen well-equipped for family meals, and watching deer from the comfort of our cozy kitchen and family room. We appreciated that there was well-explained printed info regarding the use of TV/Game options. We would book this house again.”

“Overall it was a great house with great amenities. We checked in late (after dark) due to wedding preparations and wedding near by. The following morning, we found some evidence of a potential party from the renters prior (some vomit and Jell-O shot cup in the yard and 1/2 case of Modelo on the back porch near the table), and didn’t contact manager, as it didn’t effect our group staying. ”

“This was our third time to stay here! We love this house! It is a perfect location for family in KY, SC, NC, GA and VA to meet up even for an hour or two since it is just about 10 min off the interstate! We love the huge kitchen and how it opens to the living room so we can gather and visit easily. If we meet up in this area next year, we will stay here again! ”

“My friends and I do a guys weekend once a year and we couldnt have asked for a better place to do it. The house was right on the lake and was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We were able to grill out, play board games and watch football with a view that cant be beat. We will be back next year for sure. ”
