“This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. “Been staying there for about 2 weeks each July for last 3 years. Near to relativess. Wondered about mirror sticker. Said they change sheets every 3 days. I had to ask for a change after a week. “The hotel was nice. Check in was great. Guy was super nice and accommodating. I had just driven 10 hrs from San Diego and was driving 10 the following day taking my daughter, her dog and her car to Oklahoma State University. When we got in late I was going to jump in the shower before bed but the shower wasn’t getting hot so I figured I’d just wait til morning before getting on the road for another -0 hr drive.
