"This was the PERFECT spot for us to stop with our small children. There were plenty of toys both inside and out that entertained our children after our long drive. We look forward to potentially staying here again if we make the trip down south. We appreciate the host's hospitality!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!!"

"We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever"
