Clean room and great service

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Responsive to housekeeping needs as I submit my requests through the room’s tablet. Excellent working area though the lighting js a bit too dim once it hits around 5:30pm.

Great location. Recommend for short-term stays.

The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to visit Sydney Opera House, QVB, The Rocks, and Darling Harbour all within walking distance. There were numerous restaurants around the hotel as well. During my six-night stay, I found the staff to be friendly and generous. Upon check-in, one staff member proactively arranged us to a room with a city view. The rooftop lounge was a standout feature, offering amenities like a coffee machine, T2 tea bags, and milk. The rooftop bar had a pleasant ambiance and courteous staff. I particularly enjoyed the central fireplace in the bar. While the room was on the smaller side, I managed to find space for two luggages. The bed was comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. However, the bathroom design was a major drawback, with two issues: (1) Water from the shower flowed into the rest of the bathroom due to the lack of a separation barrier, requiring me to use towels to keep the floor dry. (2) The sink frequently clogged, leading to slow water flow. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay aside from the bathroom issues. I would recommend this place for short-term stays, around two days, as longer stays may require more storage space than the room provides.

Little National Hotel Sydney is definitely an excellent choice. I enjoyed the environment so much, the scent, the stylish design, the friendly staff and the facilities. The room was great, with stylish design and chilling bluetooth speaker. Free coffee and tea, and also printing services available at the common working space. I'd definitely pick LN again on my next visit to Sydney.

Very functional but the rooftop would be better as a longer hours serviced offering. Breakfast included would be great and then it could become a more social space all day, not just at night. The hotel is great as a place to stay/sleep but it didn't feel like a place you could spend time at, in the lobby or on the roof. Just a bit too functional - not enough 'vibe'. Also the car parking info wasn't clear and I had to go search for ev charging options in car parks nearby, in a rush I didn't realise their web site offer was pre-book and paid $108 overnight just to get a charge (vs your $65 offer which wasn't clear on whether there were EV chargers there - your staff didn't know either so that meant I have to do the work while driving into town). Otherwise it was great.

The Little National is a hidden gem in Sydney. It sits above the Wynyard subway station, so is literally door to door from the airport. Rooms are small (almost capsule like), but have all key amenities. The big benefit, however, is the top floor terrace, which offers a great co working space with coffee, water and an available printer; a lovely outdoor terrace; a very appealing indoor seating area with a signature fireplace feature; well stocked bar (including a great selection of Australian wines); and a basic but adequate selection of bar snacks and quick bites if you do not want to go to a restaurant. There is no iconic Sydney view, but for half the price of hotels which do overlook the harbour, this is a wonderful find. Highly recommended.
