the location is quite good, 5 mins walk to KINGS CROSS STATION, 20 mins walk to QVB as well. Many cafe are nearby. Staffs are helpful and supportive. We stay here for a night in Family Room. Comfort bedding but small room.

Our room was very comfortable with a spacious balcony and the hotels proximity to the city enabled us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go.

We did not stay at Sydney Botoque Hotel, we are86 an could not cope with stairs. The Hotel was booked by the staff at Rydges Hotel. Rydges hotel passed on my credit card details, I did not authorised this. I have been charged $ 339, would like this charge to be reversed. Bob James

Bloß nicht buchen! Wir hatten zwei Zimmer ohne Tageslicht, ohne Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Alles war voller Schimmel und Schmutz und Schimmelgeruch in der Luft. Enge kaputte Treppen, kein Aufzug, keine Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitern (einer verspricht was was der andere nicht hält) Schlimmer als ein Hostel und definitiv kein Hotel! Bloß nicht buchen sondern für ein paar Euro mehr woanders schlafen!

Quarto e banheiro apertados (espaço mínimo), ar condicionado empoeirado. No banheiro o espaço para banho não cabe uma pessoa e a cortina é escura, e mesmo com a luz acesa escurece a área.

Great stay. My code to obtain the room keycard wasn't working but the after hours phone number was answered promptly and and the issue was resolved. The only problem was that the air-conditioning unit was not working properly.

Thanx Frank for promptly attending to my aircon when it was too cold. And for the late check out. Great staff and also for helping me downstairs with my bag. The only issue I had was booking a room with no open window. Otherwise the room was great.

The room and bathroom was small which was not a major issue for me. Cupboard and windowsill could do with some renovation. Only one black tea bag provided. The only powerpoints I could find were located on the wall well away from the bed and there was no side table so I had to leave the phone on the concrete floor out of reach of the bed in order to charge it which is an inexplicable oversight when mobile phones have been an indispensable part of modern life for so long. My room was entered from the back entrance and was up a short and narrow flight of stairs and the hall was almost non-existent. For some reason an open paper carry bag of someone's clothes and two plastic bottle of water was sitting outside the next room which was could not have been closer to my room without obstructing the door. I do not know if the rooms on the other side of the hotel are like this. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, the airconditoner was satisfactory and the soap was L'Occitane.

Great location, lovely staff at front desk during select hours. Room was very small, tight room (unable to stand in front of closet and open it). Room was not clean, hair on floor and toothpaste on sink. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and no issues with hot water. Overall an ok stay for the location but would definitely look at all the options around before booking

Fjernbetjening til Aircondition virkede ikke, men den startede og stoppede sporadisk. Det var virkelig koldt, når den var igang og ingen mulighed for at stoppe den. Vinduerne er ikke rigtige vinduer, som kunne åbnes. Den sidste aften fandt vi en stor kakkerlak der kravlede rundt på hylden over toilettet. Selve værelset var pænt og rent ved ankomst og sød betjening.
