The room itself, such as the bedding, the shower curtain, the curtains, and the towels were clean.
As for the rest of the property, I think they need to be reminded that just because you book a pet friendly room doesn't give you carteblache to give the worst room in the hotel.
The shower curtain rod was half off the wall, tons of holes I the walls, rust and dust everywhere. The pool had a layer of scum on it that tells me it hasn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. Don't believe the picture in this ad. The water has more of a greenish hue than blue. The hot tub has a layer of foam coming out of it, and there's so much chlorine in everything that it bleached my friends shorts.
As for the men's locker room, one of the toilets is unusable and not hooked up, not bolted down at all, and the other toilet is usable but not bolted down. Make sure to stand when you wipe because if you lean you'll fall over onto the guy who's using the extra toilet stall as a change room. The tiles are cracked in the showers and the showerheads just gush water out everywhere. The sauna was dirty and disgusting, as soon as you walked in you could taste the heat and skin flakes in the air.
Do yourself a favor and just book somewhere else. The price isn't worth it.
The staff were pretty friendly, up until I asked if we could have a late check out. We were told they could do it as a favour but we HAVE to be out by 1pm as they were fully booked. At 12 they asked us when we were leaving.
