Vi have 3 overnatninger på færøerne i forbindelse med færgerejse til island. Lejligheden ligger lige ved havnen, og var perfekt base for vores udflugter. Eneste opmærksomhedspunkt er parkering. Om natten holdt vi i gaden lige foran huset. Her er 30min parkering men ikke mellem 18 og 09. Så hvis man ikke kom afsted før kl 9, måtte man flytte bilen til den store p-plads på……

The accomondation itself was not clean when we arrived, there were dirty dishes, one unclean pillow and hair in the shower. “Great property. Shower curtain needs to be changed due to a pink mold at the bottom but the rest of the property was very very clean. Location is awesome with great views of the city and just a few minutes you can be downtown. There are 4 single beds but only 2 side tables; that means half the people staying need to put their stuff on the floor. Side tables are cheap and should be added next to all beds. 2 single beds can be pushed together if you want to sleep next to a loved one. Only minor……

“Very comfortable hotel, clear and large room, reception is helpful, general service is above standard. Since the hotel location on the hill, hence it provide a wonderful review no matter from the room or restaurant, but if you didn't rent the car and prefer by walk to down town, it will require around 30 min. to down hill and around 45 min. to up hill. Besides, strongly recommend to book the KOKS for dinner as they will provide an excellent food and service to you which the chef will introduce……

“International brand lives up to its standards. I'm currently staying at various hotels in Denmark with about the same price range, not sure about the very expensive ones, but many of these hotels are either lacking mini bar, slippers, tissue, or very small shower place with shower curtain that doesn't block out the water at all. All that common annoying issues I found in Denmark, none were happening at the Hilton hotel in Faroe Islands. It was like "finally I can really get some rest here" and……

"We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us. The changing room of the fitness centre has an odor of sweat due to lack of ventilation and proper cleaning."
