“We had a lovely three night stay over Labor Day weekend. The location worked well for our party as it was easy to get in and out of quickly off of 280. Access to the unit was super simple, unit was as advertised, and we took advantage of the pools for two full days. Even being a holiday weekend, there were only a few other families using the pools off and on. We appreciated having plenty of beach towels available to us to use in the unit and a washer/dryer. “The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon ”

“We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. ”
