“Check in was smooth. There was a minor issue with the room which was resolved very quickly and efficiently. GRM Mr Rony Hasan was very helpful and there was no issue thereafter. The hotel could do with some renovation but the staff were always cleaning, friendly and willing to assist whenever we saw them. Catering manager Mr Noyon was brilliant in looking after us. “Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk. “It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways.
