“We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. “It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. Breakfast was a bit shabby, they could do better with at least 2 meat items to choose from. Location is properly……

“Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. ”

“I had to write this review and give credit where it is due...Took over 100 pictures lol World class extraordinary experience. Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! “Why do you sell for such property with whom you don’t have any agreement. My booking with you for this property was denied saying that they don’t have any such booking and they don’t work with Travelocity. I suggest that you stop selling for them immediately. And of course reimburse the charges you did on my card as I had to stay elsewhere at the last moment and pay for that.”

“No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room.
