Wake up in the cozy king bed to the sound of the river and recharge in "The Kimble." This riverfront tiny house is the perfect launching point, just 20 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains and 5 minutes to the cute downtowns of Sylva and Dillsboro. Fish right on the property, enjoy rafting & kayaking rentals just 2 minutes away, and plenty of hiking within minutes! Or, stay in and relax in the cozy bed with the constant sound and views of the beautiful Tuckaseegee River!

Can't beat the location:
- 2 mins to Tuckaseegee Outfitters (tubing, rafting and kayaking)
- 3 min to downtown Dillsboro with great restaurants
- 7 mins away to downtown Sylva with amazing food and breweries
- 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park
- 20 minutes to Cherokee
- Fishing right here on site!
- At the front of the Laurel Bush Riverfront Cabins and campground.

Simple pleasures

This tiny house along the river was a perfect home base for my recent fly fishing trip to the area. The location, just off the Tuckasegee River, was dreamy. Waking up and looking out the window over the river rapids was sublime. Crack open the window and fall asleep to the sounds of the river. The tiny house was simple, and that’s exactly what I wanted. A warm place to stay and to relax after a long day on the river fishing. The location is perfect, with easy access into Sylva and the surrounding communities, as well as easy access to great fishing. The parking can be a bit tight, depending upon how the other guests in the other tiny cabins park, but it’s manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy spot in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed staying in this tiny but well thought out property. The location next to the river was lovely, and the stars were beautiful the night we were here. Communication was good.
