Unit also comes with gas grill, picnic table outside unit, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with Youtubetv cable, WIFI, walking distance to all entertainment, steps to the beach, landlord's unit next door for all requests or issues. The two unit apartments are spacious and are furnished with all of your home needs except YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN towels, linens, blankets, pillows, and paper products (linens can be provided for an extra charge you must request before check in), cleaning products, and perishables. This is on a shared property with the landlord's summer home that sits in front of it so if you are looking for a private secluded lot this would not be it. Very family friendly atmosphere and perfect spot on the beach. NOTE- bathroom is on second level of both apartments.
