“It's was clean and nice. Staff were soft spoken and nice. Over it's a nice place ”

“Excellent food, but cleanliness of the rooms missing. Toilet dirty and bed not of European standard. Staff very friendly and polite, but manager not helpful.”

“They charged us for early check weh have requested it even in advance, hotel said they haven't received any request. No buffet breakfast, they advised u can order one thing”

“Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. ”

“Inspite of showing all documentary evidence on advance payment of room rent, the executive of the hotel was repeatedly telling, payment not received. Even after returning to my home town, called me and asked me to pay. I finally sent bank statement. I wish this type of hardship doesn't occur to others in future 🙏🙏”
