不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We stayed here for an extended period and while some of the staff were very friendly, the overall experience was disappointing and unhealthy.
• Mold & damage: The hotel has a strong mold smell throughout, especially in the bathroom. In our room, there was an open ceiling space exposing wires, visible water damage, and mold. Even walking up the stairs, you can see mold in the crawlspaces. Both of us developed severe headaches and had to leave early for health reasons.
• Unprofessional management: When paying taxes, the general manager was extremely rude and refused to refund our last night until I mentioned I had photo evidence of the mold. Two other people witnessed this behavior.
• Poor amenities: If you expect standard hotel offerings (room service, onsite restaurants, etc.), you won’t find them here.
• Location: The beach directly in front of the property is dirty. The nearest nicer (but still average) beach is about a 10-minute walk. Restaurants nearby are just okay.
The only highlight of the area was the historic sites, which were truly worth seeing—but staying at this hotel overshadowed that. For the price, it is absolutely not worth it.
