“Beautiful Villa inside and out, spacious, comfortable, well equipped kitchen, large, private spaces outside. The pool and tennis court were great fun. The beach was stunning and only a few minutes walk away. We found some good restaurants by the sea 10/15 minute walk away. (specifically La Fornace and Onda Blue Isola). 15 minute drive into Ortigia. The host and owner were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any queries. We loved it so much we hope to return!”

“Excellent experience with incredibly attentive staff. The room was delightful and just what we needed. The parking was easily accessible even though one needs to drive around the block to get there, but it’s just behind the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and again served very attentively in the same space that, at night, is used for the Onda Blu high level fish-focused restaurant (10% off too as hotel clients). Don’t be fooled by the “fish market” designation on Google Maps……

“We stayed during peak season in August for 7nights and we had a fantastic stay!The house is clean, spacious, modern, great WiFi and aircon. The kitchen is very well equipped, the pool is lovely and the areas around it, great for relaxing. Location is fantastic as a base for exploring the island. We travelled to Ortigia, Noto, Modica, many beaches including Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo, Arenella & Avola.Salvos was on hand to help with anything we needed, he recommended some wonderful restaurants……

“We use taxi or walk, the surroundings made us safe and comfortable. The room is a good size.It is noisy but Sicily is so crammed there are no place where you don’t eat cars, mopeds, unless you are in a pedestrian zone. We like our choice”

The nearby bars and beach cafe were very easily walked to, were very well priced, and offered good selections of tasty snacks and drinks. Access to the beach was simple, but the listing should mention that the final part involves 3 steep wooden steps down some steep rocks onto the sand - easy enough for able-bodies adults, but small children and……
