“Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel in Gaziantep verbracht und war rundum begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an war das Personal äußerst herzlich und aufmerksam – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war top: das Zimmer, das Bad, alle Gemeinschaftsflächen – alles tipptopp gepflegt. Morgens durfte ich ein wirklich tolles Frühstück genießen: große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und sehr freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral: alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten,……

“Well first 2 best things about this property are the people who were outstanding and breakfast even though the tea was colder than I like. Hotel is kind of hard to find specially at night and in the rain but we did find it again thanks to the people. Property is a historical building. İt has immense potential but still lacking basic things than can make this an outstanding property. Bathroom seat not even attached. I did not even try to take a shower. İt needs an exhaust fan terribly perhaps……

“MashaAllah very nice staff. Greeted us warmly. Clean room and bathroom and mini fridge. Whenever we had issues it was promptly addressed. الحمد لله We asked for quit room so we were given a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. Only minor concerns most likely due to 2nd lloor is that we only had Luke warm or bit hotter than lukewarm water even after we reported concern. This is minor issue especially since it’s warm out. Ac worked very well. There’s was some wedding music but that’s to be expected……

“Konağın Bahçesi kirli ve bakımsız olsa da odalar temiz düzenli ve konforluydu. Hava çok soğuk olmasına rağmen oda sıcacıktı. Klima televizyon su ısıtıcı mini buzdolabı ve saç kurutma makinesi mevcuttu. Otelin konumu güzeldi 10 dk yürüyerek kaleye tramvay hattına ve çarşıya ulaşabilirsiniz. Serpme kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi fakat farklı kahvaltı için velic otele yönlendirdiler bizi ”

“Fantastic stat. The localisation on the mountain in the old city has an amazing wiev. The Room, the personal outstanding. We are in love with Mardin and Will come back ”
