"It is about 20-walk from the city centre. Yet, it is wonderful if you prefer a quieter neighbourhood. It is very convenient, with a convenient store opposite to the hotel and the frequent shuttle bus service. The room is spacious snd comfortable. And the service provided by the lounge (including the beer) is nice. Staff is always friendly and helpful. "

"酒店房間非常整潔，床非常舒適，每日清潔房間都很用心，雖然酒店位置距離札幌JR需要走15分鐘左右，但仍可接受。酒店房間環境真的不錯，非常漂亮的歐式風格，第一次浸用歐式風格裝修的溫泉(笑)，溫泉很舒適，而且去的時候是免費可以浸溫泉的。下次去札幌可能都會考慮這間酒店。"
