"Hotel en una de las calles principales de la ciudad por lo cual hay mucho ruido, no es cierto que cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito, no hicieron aseo de la habitacion...cuando pregunte el porque manifestaron que uno debe de pedirlo situacion que no se informo al momento de realizar el check"

"The owner cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. The he refused to cancel the reservation online so I had to get my credit card company involved. This person should be banned from renting on any legitimate website!!!!"
