The entire property and hotel was just absolutely amazing! Everything was brand new and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Love the views! The remodel did not disappoint. They have so many dinning options in the casino/hotel! But I also love that Clovis was about 15-18min away so ur still very close to everything.

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional, with the standout feature being the outstanding service provided by the staff, who were attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and amenities, while the cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. The dining options were fabulous, offering a diverse selection of cuisines at multiple restaurants on-site. However, we found that the room service left something to be desired, as the quality and range of options didn't match the excellence of the other dining experiences. Located in the outskirts of Fresno, the hotel also operates a vibrant casino, which can contribute to a lively atmosphere but may attract a crowd that isn't for everyone. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, ensuring we enjoyed restful nights during our stay. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and will definitely consider returning in the future for another getaway.

I felt safe here, good security, clean rooms, staff was very helpful. In room dining was limited, food was okay, typical American fare. You get better options dining at the restaurants.

I loved the room, but I didn’t like restricting alcohol to the restaurants, and I didn’t like that the only place I could play and smoke was a small room, with limited machines, and that room was far from the hotel.

Room not ready at check in. 3 pm was check in time, we were given a room after 4pm. Room floor had not been cleaned properly. Late night after dinner and gambling, my husband and i were walking back to the elevator. Each hotel guest has to keep their room key on them to show security before entering the elevator.
