“Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. ”

“I read the varying reviews on this hotel and I was a little wary but tbf we had no issues with the place. Yes it’s dated but it sort of goes with the wackiness of it all. Good sleep, decent room with a view, great breakfast and all within a reasonable price. The view from upper rooms are just worthy of * themselves. Don’t be put off by bad reviews the hotel is fine and cheap.”

“we choose the valley view villa. it is a perfect villa and not enough to stay 2 nights. The views are very beautiful. We see the galaxy at night, it is so beautifu. If you love bird and rainforest. it is a good place for you. You would never disappointed.”

“The staff, Lewis, Ruth and Katherine were beyond professional! They truly went out their way to give me and my fiance the best dining and accomodation experience! Also hats off the chefs. “Just a superb place to stay. The views are spectacular and the area is beautiful. The spa bath in the lounge is just a dream especially with the fire roaring and good music playing. It's a shame there wasn't any bath robes to out on after the spa bath ”

“Lovely spot up on the mountain! We enjoyed our room and the hospitality. Just wished our balcony was a little cleaner, as we brought our art set to paint some landscapes but the balcony glass was dirty. Great breakfast- shared accommodation with private ensuites ”
