“We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. Take that into consideration……

“I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach. ”

“My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights since we decided to come early and couldn’t get our other condo for those nights. It was small but had everything we needed for just 2 nights. The balcony was hard to sit on and enjoy, the air conditioner put off A-LOT of heat and there was a cat pee smell but that was throughout the building grounds(balcony and stair cases), not inside the condo. The pool area was great if you had little ones to keep out of the sun, it had a sun shade over half of it. Easy……
