I had an interesting experience. I’m only writing this review because this property still owes me $172 after double charging me for one of my rooms.
I pride myself on being patient and understanding especially to customer service workers, being in the industry myself and I’ve gotta say, the lady at the front desk had me testing my patience. I originally started check in with a sweet lady on her third day on the job. She checked me in, but something happened and I was double charged for my one room and not checked in to my second. When she asked the more experienced worker for help, she was met with annoyance and before even looking, told me I was charged an authorization charge and it would go away. I informed the lady I checked my bank account before and after I was charged and I’m pretty sure I was double charged and she proceeded to argue with me about this and the fact she hates working with third party reservations because they’re just an annoyance and how I was wrong, only to look and find out I was in fact double charged. It took me an hour to check in to my rooms with my husband, mother in law and three kids waiting. She called the manager who informed them she had refunded the room on Saturday night, and it is now Tuesday. I hope I get my money back, as this is the only reason I am saying anything at all about these inconveniences. The lady at breakfast was amazingly welcoming, and our check out was smooth. But $172 is $172 and the company needs to make this right
