The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired.
Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around

"Overall better than expected. As it is just renovated and the design is relatively modern. But as it is not those 5 stars hotels, there are quite some room for improvement regarding services as well as cleanliness."

愜意的慶州之旅
"建物與內部設備雖然可以感受到有年代的痕跡，但依舊維護良好，裝潢低調典雅氛圍也很舒適。 這次入住的是湖景家庭房，風景一覽無遺看了心情很放鬆，飯店周邊也有一些慶州著名小吃店、咖啡廳跟連鎖超商，即使飯店位在風景區，機能還算蠻方便足夠的。短處是浴室牆壁雖然有點小發霉的情形，但整體算蠻乾淨的。"
