“I have been trying to get a family vacation together in the mountains for several years. This place was perfect. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and had all the comforts of home. Use of boat was so much fun. Fishing was great. Everyone had a great time. Would love to rent again.”

“We rented Hilltop Farmhouse for our 50th wedding anniversary. Or family joined us and we had a great time. I’ll start with the house - very nice inside, kitchen was fully equipped, games available to play, etc. The outdoors is stunning - leaves were just starting to change colors. There is a basketball net for the kids to play, a nice large macadam driveway for the kids to ride bikes or play ball, indoor pool which was enjoyed by everyone and at the top of the hill is the Hilltop Enchanted……

“Phil, our host was wonderful. Incredibly nice and easy to get in-touch with morning or night. I would recommend renting from him. The house was also super clean and not short on space for people to gather or sleep. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Provided firewood and fire pit was a nice touch as well. All in all, lovely stay.”

Long and large driveway for multiple cars, we had five to six...Overall structure is good. Excellent climate control. Beautiful sunroom. Large deck. Our pets had plenty of room. Great nature walks. Large screen TV and game room were great.Hot tub was clean and ready for use...Could have used more storage for clothing”
