“I booked this property based on the listing’s description that it was within walking distance to the highlighted areas. Unfortunately, this was misleading. In reality, it takes 30 to 45 minutes to drive due to traffic, and ride services such as Uber or taxis often refused to take the route. This made the location highly inconvenient and far from what was advertised. The condition of the unit was also disappointing. The couch had a strong body odor smell, and the beddings were not fresh. “I would choose this accommodation for all my stays in BGC. It's perfectly situated across major malls and restaurants, and is walking distance to Market Market and SM Aura, and St. Lukes. The unit is clean and all appliances worked well. A big thank you to the property manager who is available and responds to all my inquiries quickly.”
