“Super cute, quaint cottage a close walk to Main Street in Lake Placid. It was much bigger than we anticipated. We enjoyed our stay. Bed is upstairs in a loft, so we had to basically crawl in and out of it but we didn’t mind. Loved the bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. Perfect for a getaway. Highly reccommend staying here. ”

“A little rain never hurt anyone, especially when you’re staying at a house with the perfect location. Even though our getaway was a bit of a washout due to weather, it was still an enjoyable weekend because the property is clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at 155 Parkside, and starting to plan our return. ”

“Moreno's Cottages are a pleasant series of little cabins between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. My brother and I stayed in #7. There were two twin beds, a nook and a small, separate kitchen area. It was rustic, but modern enough to feel like you had a place to relax after a hike. We did have some problems getting in, but Todd was super accommodating and had backup codes for us to use. “The location is set nicely between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid making either just a 10 minute drive. The property itself it well kept and peaceful. The Cabin has everything you would need. Couldnt have asked for a smoother quiet comfortable location.”

“It was great to get some warm up runs in cross country skiing right out the front door, grab the included ski passes to Scotts Cobble right across the street for some nice laps on groomed trails. Definitely recommend this quiet getaway just a few minutes from downtown Placid.”

“This is a tiny bare bones cabin. Hardly room for a couple. No stove or place to cook. There was microwave and sink. The bed was large but mattress sagged in middle. The drawers were hard to open and close. No one on premises to greet you; access entirely on internet, but internet and phone connection spotty. We did not receive emails so we had a lot of trouble getting in. However, owners were subsequently available by phone and were responsive if we had problem. The location is excellent right……

“Very comfortable”

“My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Zen Den for 1 month and it exceeded our expectations in every regard. Five minute walk Main Street, 2 minutes to a great playground for our daughter, 2 minute walk to Mountain Mist Ice Cream. The home was super clean and comfortable. We made ample use of the fire pit, grill and fully stocked Keurig. Jenna and Rick very nice and accommodative and we loved getting to know them during our stay. We very much look forward to staying here during our next visit.……
