Poorest Cleaning and No Up Keep
Grime on Hard Wood FloorsSofa Couch with no mattress that made the seat part sunk in in back and lean backwards and hard to sit on or stand upCouch worn and dirtyWalls with peeling and cracking paint and drywall textureOld Paint splatter on all floorsTub mat grimy and dirty90 % of Dishes / kitchen wear / silver wear dirty with food particles and greaseFew if kitchen items matchedNo lids to pots/ pansBathroom door did not latch, had to hold it shut when using toiletOutside Cigarette can fullAsked to wash dishes prior to leaving but no dish soapLiving room rug was old / work with dog ears that we tripped on oftenPlenty of off street parkingGood neighborhoodWonderful fenced back yard
