Lakeview Delight in Dollar Point Tahoe City
Our renovated home offers views of Lake Tahoe from almost every room! The sunny decks features a large patio set, hot tub on lower deck, gas BBQ, and plenty of space to enjoy the views.
Enter the home into a stunning open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area for you and your guests to enjoy together as a group. Watch the chef of the group prepare a lovely meal in the well stocked kitchen, and chat around the dining set for 10. The wood fireplace will keep everyone cozy while playing some games or connecting about their day. This floor level also hosts a king ensuite and a separate private office staged with a computer monitor and printer for your use.
Head downstairs to discover two additional primary ensuite bedrooms (one bathroom even has a steam shower!) and access to the hot tub. On this level you will also find the fourth bedroom, shared bathroom, and laundry area.

3 cars maximum, 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in garage. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
