In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar California. 4. While, this complex is lakefront, this unit is not directly on the beach.
5. No laundry facilities on property.
6. The outdoor HOA pool is open seasonally from May to September.
7. Maximum one dog allowed (per HOA rules)
8. This unit is right off of North Lake Blvd- some road noise can be expected.
