Luxury Lakefront Estate rarely seen on the lake as most homes do not have the kind of space and land directly on the lake.. Being on a couple private exclusive acres with 7 bedrooms is hard to find and then you have a sandy beach which takes it to another level.
Private pier and an amazing sandy beach make this the perfect setting for the best vacation experience.
100 feet of white sandy beach set in front of the back drop of the turquoise waters.
This large Estate is generously spaced across on open layout of comfort and space. Bedrooms spread out to allow privacy when needed. Family, Food and Fun

Three days for our family to enjoy Thanksgiving together. The plan was to never leave the house/yard and the house was perfect for that. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, watch TV, play games, eat together and converse. The bedroom layout worked well for our family. And outside there was snow! The kids had a blast building snowmen and sledding down the driveway. Mark was a great host and so easy to communicate with. He answered texts quickly even after arrival. We had a great time!

Great Location - Decent House

Lake Tahoe is a great place to enjoy. The rental was nice but cleanliness and maintenance of the property needs improvement. The dishwasher was not functional and foo residue and broken glass clogged the unit. There are cabinet doors missing in the kitchen area. The communication prior to check in is nearly non-existent. The WIFI was not working when we checked in but the owner did get it up and running on the first day remotely. Overall the trip was good -- but the house needs some work.
