“Close to the river walkway. Welcoming staff. Premise needs a bit of attention and the room needs a deeper clean. Overall it was comfortable.”

“Nice room for one. Bed comfortable . Good tea bags , milk provided, and biscuit. Bathroom had shower over spa bath so could be difficult for older people. Plenty of soap, hair shampoo etc. There was a swimming pool which I didn’t use but others were. Plenty of parking. ”

“In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. ”
