“The log structure gives the place a cabin feel but, it had plenty of space for my wife and I with 3 kids. The grounds are like a park. The location is an easy drive to Jacksonville, Ashland or Medford. The kitchen was well apportioned for making meals. Check-in/out was great.”

“This is a lovely and relaxing space. Fully fenced and pet friendly. The house is comfortable and relaxing. The sulfur water felt really great on my skin. Yes it’s smelly, but I knew that going into it and it was not a problem at all for me. Full amenities and private. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway. “I have a 72-year-old mom who physically impaired that cannot accommodate guests where she lives. I rented this cabin so I could visit her as I live in Portland. It was Easter weekend and on Easter, I invited my sisters, Their adult sons and their husbands over for lunch. Each of them drove individually so they could leave after a short visit so there were 8 cars in the extensive driveway. It’s a big, beautiful piece of property but not a vacation destination by any means. All this to say, I’m……

“My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Mayfield Gardens cabin and loved every minute. The cabin was spotless and was well stocked with everything I could possibly need. I especially loved the peaceful setting, so very quiet and peaceful. We’ll be back.”

“This place exceeded expectations. Very clean, well maintained, and well built cabin with a loft and jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was closed, but the Hyatt was 8 minutes away, and was told by the helpful person there that the restaurant will open again soon. Will definitely look to book another say during winter.”

We made it our home for 3 months and it was ideal for us for walking and hiking in Lithia park , dinners out at fabulous restaurants / theatre . “This cabin was far enough from the others. Very remote. The lodge/ restaurant was great. Super nice and patient folks. The cabin supplied all the things you’d need to cook. And very clean. A little confusing about check out as far as what to do with towels and linens. But I give it 5 stars and go again. Thank you for the experience.”
