Roaches and mold in room. Room was very dirty the kind of dirty where they only dust not actually wipe down doors or anything so the dirt accummulates. The staff was not very understanding of the situation. You can not understand them nor can they understand you as they speak another language. The continental breakfast was a joke, only decaf coffee, a few slices of bread (not there the next day), raisin bran cereal (only choice), you could make a hot waffle, but the half and half offered was spoiled and was not changed out either morning. The parking lot was full of debris such as building materials and rocks, etc. The coffee establishment next door blasts music on their outdoor speakers past 10pm. Do not stay here if you want anything to be clean or anyone to care about your stay, breakfast non-existent.

When we checked in there were people hanging in the parking lot and smoking pot. Once in our room everything appeared clean but after walking on the floor in just socks for just a few minutes our socks were black on the bottom. I took a hand towel and wiped a small area of the floor and it was black! We had to wear our shoes the whole time in the room.

We had to walk outside, in the rain, about 5 minutes to get to our room, which was in an attached building way off in the corner of the property. When we entered, there was fuzz our dust or lint or something right as we got into the room. Once inside, there was dried crud in multiple places. It looked like dried dog poop. The water that came out of the tap was rusty looking. We didn't even want to let our dog drink it. I went back to the front desk and asked the clerk for a clean room. He took me to look at a different room, which also had crud on the floor. When the second room he wanted to show me wouldn't open, I showed him our room and said I wanted a refund. We lugged all our luggage back to the car. I went to the office to get a refund but the guy said we needed to call Expedia to get the refund. We have used La Quinta several times in the past and have had no issues like this. This particular hotel is gross and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Por el precio que pagué me pareció que no lo merecía, todo sucio, el baño era un asco la bañera tapada se llenaba de agua, la nevera sucia. En general me pareció terrible no lo recomiendo para nada.

This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Everything was wrong, from the front desk attention to the cleanliness and intolerable odor in the room. Stay away from this dreadful place.

Control who comes on the property
I've been coming here for a year or so now. But the last two times. I've been bothered by two individuals from the streets or staying on the property asking to use my mobile phone (even after I said go inside) or asking for cig's. And now people be having yelling mixes outside and banging on doors. I'm not saying this is a constant thing. Just when I've been there. But you want to have peace when you stay anywhere.

My room had a brand new comfortable mattress. But… it’s a grimy place with a sketchy feel. Broken up uneven parking lot, that’s poorly lit. Couple abandoned cars for good measure. It’s a lower cost place that I booked without reading reviews.

Plastic shower curtain needs to be changed, it was moldy with brown or red mildew/mold. There was what looked like blood stain on bed cover. There was no elevator. Mattress was flat, hard and old. The walls and doors of the bathroom had black stains all over that look like hand prints. The people who stay there are nice, but owners are slumlords.

Cheap is not always a good choice.
I gave two stars because the employ Alan always showed concern for our well being, but other than that was scary. The first two rooms that he showed to us had just one part of the door latch. Both looked that there were detach by force. The third room had small cockroaches. That was enough for us to leave. The area is not walking friendly.

Do not stay here
Terrible hotel. Filthy and in terrible condition. Amenities listed are not available. People not staying in hotel loitering in parking lot. Constant pot smell and not safe for families. Would never stay there again.
