Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this charming 4-bedroom, 2-bath 1940 bungalow just minutes from the vibrant FSU campus and the heart of the state capitol. This inviting residence features spacious living areas, making it an excellent choice for football fans eager to catch the game, families visiting for parent weekends, or traveling professionals seeking a welcoming retreat. Enjoy the proximity to local breweries, beautiful parks, and delightful restaurants.
LAYOUT and AMENTIES: The two bedrooms toward the back of the house have a queen bed and two twin (trundle) beds, separated by a fully equipped bathroom. The two bedrooms toward the front of the house have a queen bed and desk/gym equipment, separated by another bathroom. The living room and each of the three bedrooms (excluding office) have TVs.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Mix of students, young adults/professionals, and families. Short 5-8 min walk/bike ride to Oglesby Union and Tennessee Street's local bar scene, "The Strip"; Only an 8-15 min drive to mid-/down-town restaurants, parks, and nightlife. The apartment sits behind Unit 1/Bungalow, which serves as a short-term rental. Listing available on Airbnb/VRBO/Furnished Finder.
PARKING: Private parking is located at the back of the house, providing a secure and accessible space for your vehicle(s). 2 Private parking spots are designated for the bungalow, located directly behind the home. Parking is RESERVED ONLY for guests found on the reservation. If additional parking is required, street parking is permitted along NON-YELLOW curbs. NOTE: Parking is limited. Park centered to the signs attached to the fence and pull up as close as possible! Violating this rule may result in additional charges for your stay or the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
ACCESS: This charming property offers guests exclusive digital access to the entire space, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Whether relaxing in the spacious living area, whipping up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding in the serene bedrooms, you'll feel right at home! Access is controlled by a digital locking system and passcodes shared ONLY with those listed on the reservation. Please refer to the house rules for more information regarding the passcode.

OCCUPANTS: The maximum number of occupants is limited to six (6) persons, including children. People other than those found on the guest reservation MAY NOT stay overnight. Violating this rule may result in additional charges being added to your reservation.
TRASH: The bungalow has two (2) designated garbage bins beside the front porch closest to the mailboxes. The use of the garbage bins in the back is strictly prohibited. For those staying 7+ days, please roll the garbage bins out to the street Wednesday night and return them to the side of the house Thursday afternoon. Violating this rule may result in additional charges being added to your reservation.
ENERGY USAGE: Please remember, this is not a hotel. Be mindful of your energy consumption. Follow heating/cooling guidelines and turn off lights when not in use. Violating this rule may result in additional charges being added to your reservation.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Late departures will be charged $100 every 15 minutes after 11:00 AM EST on the date of departure (up to $1,300) and $1,000 per day beginning the day after the departure date, regardless of the reason for late check-out. Late check-outs NEGATIVELY IMPACT the housekeeping staff’s ability to clean and prepare for incoming guests and the timeliness and quality of the stay of INCOMING GUESTS.
EXTEND STAY: If you'd like to stay an additional night, you must submit a CHANGE OF RESERVATION at least 24 hours before your check-out date/time.
NOTE: I own and manage the duplex at the back of the property. Annual tenants occupy all units. Compliance with ALL HOUSE RULES is critical to avoid disrupting my tenants' regular schedules. Violating this rule may result in additional charges being added to your reservation.
