“Smaller than expected but still a comfortable stay. 4 adults and we dit just fine. We did alot of beachbso we all used the outdoor shower as our main shower LOL. A privacy fence around those would be amazing as the indoor shower is a bit cramped. Staff was friendly via text and email and we didnt need to have someone in person as everything we needed was there. ”

“The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! ”

The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well! ”

“The team at the INN take such care and pride. Everything is prestige condition, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor amenities for pool and beach. Our cabana was a little smaller so I would get the 3br next time for the space. 5STAR!”

“Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. Transportation to and from the abandoned vessel is offered via……

“Just want to provide a few words of advice to future guests: Although there is a coffee maker, its a Keurig so you'll need to buy kcups (we brought ground coffee). Minor issue: you may also need to BYO salt and pepper shakers, but perhaps by the time you are reading this previous guests will have left them behind. To be fair, the list of "what to bring" is clear that nothing is provided, so it might be best to check-in first, then go grocery shopping! ”

“Great location. Clean. Easy to access beach. Nice pool. Only complaint I would have is there are only standing showers. Needed a bath for my 3 yr old. Not sure if that was advertised or not, and it wasn’t a reason to give anything less than 5 stars. ”
