“The property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. It was so hard to find a place that would work for a large group of adults as most places that fit this many people rely on bunk beds or multiple beds in a room, but this place was perfect. ”

“Place was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you need. We were in the "loft" upstairs with the downstairs and upstairs areas considered separate listings however the hallways could still be accessible by anyone staying downstairs that should be considered when booking.”

“Cute cosy cottage - 2 large comfortable rooms upstairs with heaters & electric blankets Old stove fire downstairs along with aircon. Tiny kitchenette located in the open plan living area downstairs— which has everything you need for a few days away (no oven but has a cooktop). Tea bags, coffee pods, Nespresso machine & milk in the fridge on arrival. Things like salt & pepper, glad wrap & paper towel on hand was appreciated. Really feels like you’re in a home Fantastic large backyard extending……

“Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. ”

“We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!”
