“Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. ”

“The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, but the portions especially the sides were way too much. Wasted food. Consider reducing amount of fries, onion rings, etc. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel every day Jessica, restaurant server, was outstanding, very personable, professional and was very attentive to all our needs. “Cassundra was very accommodating for my family. The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself.
