“It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. When I was there there's was lots of construction; and there's also plenty of "banging" noise, which I think comes from something that falls out of the trees onto the tin roof of the rooms; that could be a……

“I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was bigger than expected. The air conditioner worked great and the stay was great all around. The host was also amazing with communication. We had trouble finding the place at……

“The entire experience was wonderful. the weather was perfect and bugs were not an issue. The pool and property was cleaned and refreshing. . We did go up the steep driveway to unload, but there is easy street parking up front we used for the remainder of our stay. The home is literally across the street from steps that go right down to the secluded beach and from there we were able to walk around the beach path onto the other beach with huts and food, beer and surfboards etc. ..we later……
