While technically a townhome, it offers the privacy, spaciousness, and comfort of a stand-alone home—something guests have always appreciated during their stays. Begin and end each day with a soak in the private hot tub and a wildlife walk along the river.
There are two master suites - one upstairs and one down - each with a king-size bed and large attached bath with soaking tub. Also upstairs is a guest bedroom with two double beds as well as its own attached bath. In between the upstairs master suite and the guest bedroom is a TV lounge/loft bedroom with a pull-out full size sofa bed – perfect for guests hoping to spread out during their stay. There is also a reading area upstairs that overlooks the main level as well as an additional half bath located on the main level - there is space for everyone!
Spacious living area features soaring ceilings and is designed with comfort in mind. Open, fully equipped kitchen with the most-up-to-date conveniences including a six-burner gas range and a large prep island with sink – sure to be the envy of any dedicated chef. Gather in the dining area designed for enjoying a leisurely meal or relax and dine al fresco on the large all-season patio. Après Ski in style and gather around either the outdoor or indoor fireplaces.
The subdivision clubhouse is literally around the corner from the house - only a two-minute walk to enjoy all the clubhouse amenities! With plenty of room to roam, a stay at Red Tail on the River will be an experience to remember.

This home has 24/7 Exterior Surveillance and Alarm system. The alarm will be disarmed prior to guest arrival. There are exterior cameras facing the driveway and back patio that record motion and sound. There is also a camera that takes a picture of everyone entering the Gate code to enter this gated community.
No smoking. No pets. No events. No parties. No fireworks. No street parking
This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
CLUBHOUSE RULES:
GENERAL GUIDELINES 1. Lodge hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM. 2. Be respectful and courteous towards others. 3. Clean up after yourself and please take a couple of minutes to do a little extra to leave the facilities better than you found them. If you notice something out of place, please correct. If you notice something beyond a simple fix, please contact the office. 4. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted inside the Lodge or related outdoor facilities (i.e., pool and hot tub area) absent the direct supervision of a responsible adult (e.g., parent, relative, or guardian). 5. Absolutely no propping open doors or gates. The access key card system exists for a variety of reasons including security, safety, liability, utility expense, and user eligibility. People may request entry stating that they forgot their key card when, in reality, they are not entitled to use the facilities.
STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA 1. Please turn off and open doors after use. 2. Do not leave used towels laying about. Pick up after yourself and place facility towels in available hampers after use. 3. If present at the closing hour (10 PM) please make sure the Sauna and the Steam Room are turned off and doors are open, especially the Steam Room door so that it dries out overnight.
POOL AND HOT TUB AREA 1. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. 2. No diving, jumping, or running. 3. No glass containers in the pool or hot tub areas. 4. Do not leave used towels laying about. Pick up after yourself and place facility towels in available hampers after use. Likewise pick up all trash and refuse. 5. Please put pool patio umbrellas down when not in use. And, if present at the closing hour, please put all open umbrellas down for the night. 6. No loud music or horseplay. We want you to have fun, but to also be respectful of others and sound travels.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
