Waterfront Italian Villa with Private Pool / Spa

Welcome to your private waterfront Florida paradise located about 5 minutes from the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve and close to many great Florida attractions. The beautiful outdoor space features a large pool with integrated jacuzzi. You will be wowed when you enter this amazing home and look out over the custom pool and boat dock. The open concept first floor boasts one of two over-sized great rooms, dining area, kitchen, utility room, guest bedroom and bathroom as well as a first-floor master bedroom, bath and large walk-in closet. The kitchen features solid wood birch cabinets , walk-in pantry, stainless-steel appliances, peninsula breakfast bar with granite countertop, glass tiled backsplash opens out into the dining room and oversized great room with custom built wall-mounted electric fireplace. The 1st floor master bedroom offers access to the pool and deck area. The in-suite bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door, large soaking tub, double vanity and separate toilet area. Upstairs you will find the second oversized great room with its western exposure balcony (Sunsets!)overlooking the pool/spa and canal along with two more oversized bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. The large lanai features outdoor speakers with a wall mounted TV for watching your favorite sports or shows while enjoying the pool and spa. This waterfront home boasts a 9,000 lb boat lift and is situated on a deep saltwater canal that affords unobstructed, open boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Come down for the perfect escape the cold winter and experience the Florida Lifestyle!

Perfect house / home for a relaxing holiday stay

The house was excellent prepared, nothing was missed-out and was worn-out, perfectly clean and located in a fenced secured, safe and quiet area. The spa was a nice and often used relaxing feature and landlord Philip was always helpful and very friendly available and supported us during our stay on short notice very well. That house is a perfect recommendation for all people, who want to relax in a well-equipped and spacious home, 100% recommended.
