I wouldn’t stay at this hotel ever again. I stayed here because it looked nice in the pictures and also it’s 15mins from convention center it was more convenient for my family and I to book a hotel than to drive an hr and a half everyday for 3 days. The rooms are clean but tub was nasty didn’t leave extra toilet paper. Left only 2 towels for a family of 4. When I asked for more towels they said they were out of towels like how is that possible. One of the elevators broke down so only one was working. Not only that but hallways smelled like smoke/marijuana it smelled even in our rooms of it. Did not like it all will not go back!

I am very disappointed with the price I paid and how this place was. The room smelled like mold, the sheets smelled bad, the noise was horrible and when we tried to call the front desk to report it, the phone was not working.

Hallways smelled like air freshener and marijuana. Room smelled like wet dogs. Failing door hinges meant you have to ‘lift’ the door to close it. Black mold in the shower curtain which was supported by a falling curtain rod. Only 2 functioning light bulbs. No hair dryer - but they brought one - took 57 minutes for that to happen. Breakfast at 6:30, but no coffee until 7:20. Rough.

I reserved a suite through Expedia for four people for two nights for $501.69. We opted for the pay when checking inn option. When checking in we asked if the hotel was an extend stay and the lady assured us that it was not. Starting off the elevators did not seem like very good condition. Neither of them had the Florida Certification of Operation posted in them like it should. It said that we could go request to look at it at the front desk. Upon entering the 3rd floor it smelled like smoke and wet dog. When we got to our room 312 the smell of wet dog/mold was prominent. As we continued to look at the room it was clear that it was not cleaned and was in poor condition. The bathroom toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. We went to look at the beds and when undoing the sheets candy wrappers had fallen out. The TV screen looked like it was smudged and greasy. We went to adjust our A/C unit and the whole unit fell down and the cover for . We found bits of jewelry lying on the ground of the floor among other bits of dirt. We also noticed splatters of who knows what on the walls and door. We went down to request a new room and the lady at the desk offered us room 412 and said we could go look at it to make sure it was clean. We went up to look at the room and after we opened the door we saw that both beds were un made and there was someone’s luggage by the door. It also sounded like someone was in the bathroom. We left to check out and went downstairs to get a refund

The property appeared recently renovated, but it seems worse for wear. Carpet was stained, lampshade and art work on the wall missing, cigarette burns on furniture. Breakfast ended before advertised and very limited. Not much around the hotel you can walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the large room with pullout couch was nice.
