I recently stayed at your property for two nights and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect based on previous visits.
Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of body odor, which suggested the space hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The rugs appeared heavily soiled, with visible dirt embedded in the fabric, and the bathroom was particularly concerning—there was mold present and what looked like stains or splatters on the walls. Additionally, the bed linens did not feel fresh, which made it uncomfortable to settle in on the first night.
The overall cleanliness of the room and common areas, including the pool, left much to be desired. Construction on-site further detracted from the experience. It was also disappointing that streaming services, which were previously available during my past stays, were no longer accessible in the room I was assigned.
I would like to acknowledge Maria from your staff—she was kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. Her professionalism stood out in an otherwise underwhelming visit.
This hotel used to be a favorite of mine, but something has clearly changed—whether it was an older room or a lapse in housekeeping standards, the quality did not reflect what I’ve previously experienced. I hope this feedback is helpful and that steps will be taken to improve guest satisfaction moving forward.
