New hotel. Room was good except when I first entered the room, the toilet seat was up and it had piss stains around the border. The rest of the bathroom and room was clean. Breakfast was poor. The 2nd day there was no coffee and they could not find it in storage. The 3rd day there were no cupcakes available. The parking lot had trash in the ground in the afternoon and the next morning the trash was still in the same place. The trashcan in front of the hotel was overflowing. I would not stay in this hotel again if I had another choice.

It was good, new building so everything is new. The bed was hard af, and was on a cheap metal frame so it was rickety, and slid around. You can tell next year this place will probably be run down. But our stay was great. It was one night and the staff were really nice.

Check in was at 3pm no one at desk till 5 after 3:00, then I had to wait for a room to be cleaned, then when I got there someone was in it, lamp didn't even have a light bulb asked for one trying 3 different people including manager never got one,other than that it was clean and definitely worth itoney wise

Stayed for a concert at the arena nearby, the service was excellent and the staff were lovely. Plus the location is right next to the Amphitheater so it’s the perfect walking/uber distance!

The property is brand new, the staff absolutely outstanding with their level of kindness and professionalism. I will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tampa area, it is convenient to Busch Gardens, Ybor City, USF, Downtown and an EASY exit right off of I-4. LOVE!!!

Every single employee at this location went above and beyond the typical level of service you would expect at a hotel. Not only were they kind and accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure that you had everything you would need to be comfortable in your room. OUTSTANDING STAFF!!

First of all, other guests were having a party, smashing the doors and being very loud in the corridors. Then after midnight they took the party outside to the parking lot to play loud music to the point that I had to call the police at 1:21 a.m. Second, there was no complementary conditioner.

Around the property is nice as it's a relatively new building, but rooms are less than average. The wooden floor was soo dirty, that after taking few steps, bottom of my feet were black. Dont they sweep the floor? That's why I prefer carpet. The kitchen is setup without any utensil, making it useless. The bed was noisy as the plastic cover was still wrapped. To save a few dollars, I would not bother to stay here.

No soap, shampoo, or shower curtains when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and got me shower curtains and soap but was out of shampoo. Room was decent but not cleaned well. Some dirt on the floor along with some trash left.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was recently purchased and refurbished and reopened in March. 2 complaints. The mattress had a plastic covering underneath the bottom sheet so as you moved during sleep, the plastic covering would crackle. Do they expect that many of their guests will be peeing in their sleep? The 2nd problem was NO plastic drinking cups in either the bathroom or the kitchenette. So, I had to use my cupped hand to rinse my mouth after brusing teeth.
