This unique house is the ONLY residential home in Channelside and can sleep up to 12 guests. Walking distance from all the action in Downtown Tampa. A 5 minute drive to the Sparkman Wharf, Florida Aquarium, Curtis Hixon Park, cruise ports and Amalie Arena. A 10 minute drive to the Lowry Park Zoo, Ybor City, Davis Islands, Hyde Park and the University of Tampa. A 15 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the University of South Florida.
