Theres no control of the exits and security of the parking. The facility was under renovation, so there were old funitere over the parking and workers moving up and down. The pool water was slimy/green. We talk to staff to fix the bathroom shower. But it never got fixed.

Looks are very deceiving. The property looked modern and beautiful, which it was, but the cleaniness was awful. The floor was absolutely STICKY. I thought my shoes had gum stuck to it, but no that wasnt the case. Just make sure you do wear socks or shoes because they dont mop the floors. Walking around barefoot was a big mistake. The bottom of my feet were black. Dont get me started on the bed. Im sure they didnt change the sheets. I felt itchy in them. Come to find out the next morning I found a toenail clippings in my bed. I tried to trick my mind thinking it was mine, but I couldnt. My nails were painted red. I felt gross and couldnt wait to get out of there. And on top of that i felt a little unsafe. When we arrived there was 3 police cars and an ambulance. We were thinking someone was injured but we cover heard the conversation that "someone is going to jail." They been looking for someone. The police showed up twice within 4 hours of our stay. I will say the staff at the front desk if friendly. Did let us check in early.

Pool area seemed nice, but we didn't go into it. Mattress, sheets, pillows, and towels were good, and TV worked well. The room seemed damp, the shower did not drain and I stood in water, the carpet was very poor, wood trim was poor, room was very small, not a nice chair to relax in.

Amenities are excellent! I love the layout, views and homey feel. First you enter the living room, leads into kitchen that leads to the separate bedroom and conveniently located bath.. the view and ambience are great. I am not the only guest that noticed that it is way too loud to be located directly under other guests, especially large sounding guess with kids? All night long every night, like a stampede up there with no regard for time of night/morning. I will definitely stay again, but be sure that I am not under another occupied room.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner short cycled on/off every 3 minutes. Shower and bathroom sink had no hot water meaning taking a cold shower at 7am. The bar next door to hotel (30 North) has beyond excellent, big, juicy wings.

When I got there I tried to go to the pool, it was very dirty. I then decide to go relax in the room. My initial room was disgusting and when I went to the bathroom there were fleas on the sink. We got switched to an upgraded room that was actually clean. But still for the price I paid it was ridiculous. I wish I didn’t waste my money staying here.

The room was so bad with mold that you could feel dust coming thru your mouth and nose when breathing, me an my son couldn’t even sleep, they don’t have an live overnight agent so no one could help us to switch rooms, we had no choice but to sleep in the car that night! I check out the next morning , I got charge the full amount for the two nights, I been unable to reach out the hotel manager he is never there, I reach out the customer service for this hotel and they wanted to give me points to stay at their hotels again but I don’t want that, Expedia has been unable to help either, I suppose to get a response and I haven’t hear from anyone. My son had an allergy reaction for that night I had to take him to the doctor. Don’t stay here and don’t book thru Expedia
