This place is a little run down, but the room was big and everything was clean. The TV was from about 1995 which was pretty funny. I would say it was overpriced for how old it was, but it was clean and the pool was nice enough.

My overall stay was good it was a beautiful property very large the indoor Cafe was a awesome touch it was lovely I just didn't appreciate my jacuzzi tub did not work I reserved the balcony I did not receive my balcony I was missing a pillowcase but outside of that the young lady at the front desk of the day of me checking out she was wonderful she definitely home rectified my issues and outside of that the state was good I liked it

Stayed here because it was close to Raymond James Stadium. It really makes me feel ripped off when hotels jack up their prices just because there’s a show at the stadium. This is an $85 a night hotel at its best. I paid $300+ The $200 hotels were $600 so there really was no choice. The room is dated and it wasn’t cleaned well. I could clearly see where the room was painted but not the same color as previously painted. And there were large patches on the ceiling that were not well done. The pool area was nice however the pool needs refinished. The front desk staff was friendly and there was a working mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. It was OK for one night but if they’re going to charge those prices this place will need a renovation.

After the two places I've stayed on this not-so-pleasant vacation, this place was a reprieve. I was finally comfortable and I felt safe. Very clean and didn't give me the creeps. I will stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately this motel is not well maintained. The staff are very polite and friendly but they are not trained properly or held accountable. We stayed for two nights. The products provided; shampoo, shower soap were half full and not replaced for the second day. Housekeeping must have come into the room because towels were folded, not new towels by the way, but the beds were not made, trash wasn’t empty… ?!? Asked for extra towels on the first day and they were provided promptly and with a smile. The air conditioner sounds like a jet plane taking off and there were tons of flying, biting insects. The price is pretty cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Sorry but I can’t give this a positive review. P. S. I really hope we don’t end up with bed bugs and don’t even look behind the very old and beat up furniture, hasn’t been cleaned in years. Spend your money elsewhere until these folks get the hint to stop running this motel this way.
