This property was in very close proximity to our son’s apartment and convenient to restaurants and groceries. However our room cleanliness was subpar. Our feet turned black from the floor and carpet within minutes. We wore our shoes for the duration of our stay, and used a bath towel on the floor between the beds. Carpet felt damp as well. For being an extended stay I was shocked there wasn’t anything for the kitchen, not even a towel. No silverware or dishes of any kind. All bring your own. Very inconvenient for a traveler. The people above us were very loud and must’ve had a child that ran and stomped on the floor routinely. Only one evening staff member was friendly. I believe her name was Dana. The morning girl said “you have to bring me all the towels before I can give you any, and I will only do this for you one time” when I asked for a hand towel for the kitchen. Our room had 4 bath towels and only 2 hand towels and wash clothes with 3 of us staying in the room. Not sure what the smell was at the end of the hall in the entry area. Although convenient location we will not rebook here in the future.

Staff and check-in was very professional and helpful. Room was not very good. It smelled and I had to get deodorant just to make it seem OK. Toilet didn’t refill very good. Very little pressure for water. FLOORING in room needed a lot of work a lot of the LVT was coming up Whether it was from overclean it or not putting down a protector to keep water from going between the joints, all the room floors if they’re this way needs to be redone.

It was as described, Clean, quiet, friendly staff, Shopping was in walking distance. I would recommend this location as I had a good experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that was working the night shift. We had trouble with our toilet not working the first couple nights and he made sure we were able to switch rooms. Rooms were fairly clean but had a bad smell to them. Carpet did not feel clean.

We had to cut our stay 1 day earlier, we couldn’t stand killing roaches every day, the toilette didn’t refill so we had to do it manually, comforter stained, people smoking weed, dirty outside, rusty shower, water fountains in the Gym doesn’t work. It’s just a place to avoid. It’s a shame, since seems that they invested quite a bit in the renovation, but the maintenance and management of the property is a disaster.

While the manager was knowledgeable and professional, the staff was rude and dismissive. One employee refused to answer my questions, simply stating that he didn’t know when the front desk staff would be available to assist me. During my stay, this same employee disrupted my work by bringing an exterminator into my room without prior notice, making the experience feel more like an insect-infested motel than a professional establishment.
