Morning coffee and water
"Excellent experience. The only issue was the room was only cleaned once in a week and only after we left several messages on the front desk message system. It wasn’t that the room needed cleaning so much but I was more in need of coffee pods and water replenishment each day. Cheers."

"This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go ..."
